Who are the interims our interims come from all industries, functions and backgrounds – but they are all senior. Typically they have spent at least 10 years in senior management positions.Many people on our panel have opted out of permanent employment because they enjoy the flexibility of interim working, and the different organisations and challenges it brings them. Some have been entrepreneurs who have sold their businesses and now want to bring their expertise to others; we have many senior women returning to the workforce after raising families; others have decided to take some time out between permanent posts and do some interim work instead; a small number are nearing the final stages of their career and can offer great business experience and wisdom to young, growing companiesHow interim links with permanent recruitment Interim management has great synergy with permanent recruitment many of the placements we make are to bring senior management cover while a recruitment process is underway. Recruiting a senior person in today’s tight labour market can easily take 3-4 months, plus notice periods that can be 1-3 months. Interim is perfect for closing the gap while the recruitment process proceeds, and reduces the risk of making a bad selection in haste.How interim links with permanent recruitment Interim management has great synergy with permanent recruitment  we can offer interim managers who become permanent. Some of our panel are interested in a permanent role, if the right organisation and role comes along. They work as an interim while you run the recruitment process, but they can also be a permanent candidate. If both client and interim want the relationship to become permanent, we step out of the relationship. This is a very low risk way of making senior appointments – both sides have fully “test driven” each other but without any longer term employment risk or obligation

Our interim rates range varies depending on complexity and duration of the project but the following should act as a guideline:

Technical Staff : €300 to €550 per day 

Management:  €550 - €900 per day for

Executive Director:  €1,000 ~ €1,200 Per Day
